Privacy policy
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.
Contact with us
If you contact us via a form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored with us for six months in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit. If you do not wish to do so, you can set up your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and to allow you to do so only on a case-by-case basis. When disabling cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.
Web Analytics
Our website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics of the provider Google LLC. Cookies are used for this purpose, which allows an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The resulting information is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. Your IP address is captured, but immediately pseudonymized. As a result, only a rough localization is possible. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Agreement published by the US Department of Commerce and is therefore in line with the GDPR. The data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG as well as the Article 6 (1) lit f legitimate interest of the GDPR. Our concern in the sense of the GDPR for legitimate interest is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized. The user data is kept for a period of 24 months.
Google Maps
This page uses Google Maps from the provider Google LLC. To display the map information, it is necessary that your IP address is processed by Google Maps. Furthermore, for the use of the card service, cookies are stored on their system. If you do not wish to do so, you can set up your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and to allow you to do so only on a case-by-case basis. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing. The relationship with the card provider is based on compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Agreement published by the US Department of Commerce and is therefore in line with the GDPR. The data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG as well as the Article 6 (1) lit f legitimate interest of the GDPR. Our concern in the sense of the GDPR for legitimate interest is the up-to-date presentation of location-related information on our website.
Your rights
In principle, you have the rights to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
