The main apartment has 90m² of living space and consists of 2 spacious double rooms and a small single room, ideal for 5 persons.

The additional third double room is equipped with shower/toilet and included, when 6 or more persons stay in the apartment. Then you have the complete floor with 108m² available.  Room number 1 or room number 3 is suitable for 3 people (one extra bed 1,90m).

With us you are safe!

We only rent one apartment - so you are the only guests in the house.

We have taken great care of your safety in the apartment. Thus, the final cleaning has always been carried out precisely with suitable means.

Deposit:
A deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.


Cancellation conditions - summer:


    

  • Free up to 90 days before arrival
    • 

  • 40% of the total amount between 90 and 30 days before arrival
    • 

  • 60% of the total amount between 30 and 14 days before arrival
    • 

  • 80% from 14 days before arrival
    • 

  • In case of early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged
    •

  • 40% of the total amount between 90 and 60 days before arrival

Check-in from 2 p.m. - Check-out until 9 a.m.
Earlier arrival by arrangement and availability.


Equipment
Bed linen, sufficient hand and shower towels and tea towels are available.
Soap, dishwashing liquid and filter bags are provided, as well as an initial supply of toilet paper and dishwashing tablets.
In the kitchen you will find a filter coffee machine (powder) and an espresso machine (whole beans). Please bring slippers.


Parking
Up to 3 parking spaces are reserved for our apartment.
