When booking the Zillertal Activcard all 10 cable cars and
all 6 open air swimming pools in the Zillertal are included.
Price information
The prices quoted are per night plus a one-time final cleaning and the local tax of EUR 3,20 per person per day (from 15 years).
All summer prices apply to our comfortable main apartment of 90 m².
For 6 people extrabed 1,90 metres into double bedroom number 1 or baby cot.

What you need to know before booking.
With us you are safe!
We only rent one apartment – so you are the only guests in the house.
We have taken great care of your safety in the apartment. Thus, the final cleaning has always been carried out precisely with suitable means.
Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are available.
Booking and cancellation conditions
Deposit:
A deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation conditions – summer:
- Free up to 90 days before arrival
- 40% of the total amount between 90 and 30 days before arrival
- 60% of the total amount between 30 and 14 days before arrival
- 80% from 14 days before arrival
- In case of early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged
Cancellation conditions – winter:
- Free up to 90 days before arrival
- 40% of the total amount between 90 and 60 days before arrival
- 60% of the total amount between 60 and 30 days before arrival
- 80% from 30 days before arrival
- In case of early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged

Arrival and departure
Arrival & Departure
Check-in from 2 p.m. – Check-out until 9 a.m.
Earlier arrival by arrangement and availability.
Equipment
Bed linen, sufficient hand and shower towels and tea towels are available.
Soap, dishwashing liquid and filter bags are provided, as well as an initial supply of toilet paper and dishwashing tablets.
In the kitchen you will find a filter coffee machine (powder) and an espresso machine (whole beans). Please bring slippers.
Parking
Up to 3 parking spaces are reserved for our apartment.
