The Ziller promenade (ideal for running, inline skating, cycling and walking with a stroller) as well as the great new playground “Auenland Sidan” and the paraglider landing site Mühlbach are only a 5-minute walk away.

Hotel Neuwirt and Gasthof Alpina can be found in the village centre of Schwendau (a 10-minute walk).

Prime location at the Horbergbahn!

Our house is located directly near the Horbergbahn, which takes you to the Horberg/Penken ski area and to the Rastkogel/Tux.

Next to the valley station of the Horbergbahn there is a children’s exercise lift, perfect for skiing, tobogganing and bobsleighing!

Centrally located for nature lovers

Ideal starting point for countless leisure and nature activities such as hiking, walking and climbing. Zimmereben via ferrata is a 30-minute walk away.

Bus and train station

The village bus stops right in front of the house. Ski bus stop at the Horbergbahn. Nearest stations Hippach/Ramsau, Bichl, Mayrhofen.

Cross-Country ski run

If there is sufficient snow, you can enter the cross-country ski run directly under the house! At the Burgschrofen in Burgstall there is also an illuminated cross-country ski run.
