Price information
Die angegebenen Preise verstehen sich pro Nacht zuzüglich einer einmaligen Endreinigung und der örtlichen Kurtaxe von 3,20 EUR pro Person und Tag (ab 15 Jahren).
Die Endreinigung kostet je nach Belegung und Saison zwischen 110 und 120 Euro.
Alle Preise gelten in der Regel für wöchentliche Buchungen.
In der Winter-Hauptsaison von Weihnachten bis Ostern vermieten wir ab 6 Personen die gesamte 108 m² große Wohnung , sodass der zusätzliche Raum bereits im Preis berücksichtigt ist.
Winterstartzeit bis 20.12.25: Ermäßigte Preise für das 90 m² große Apartment für 2-5 Personen und besondere Stornierungsbedingungen.

What you need to know before booking.
With us you are safe!
We only rent one apartment - so you are the only guests in the house.
We have taken great care of your safety in the apartment. Thus, the final cleaning has always been carried out precisely with suitable means.
Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are available.
Booking and cancellation conditions
Deposit:
A deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation conditions - summer:
- Free up to 90 days before arrival
- 40% of the total amount between 90 and 30 days before arrival
- 60% of the total amount between 30 and 14 days before arrival
- 80% from 14 days before arrival
- In case of early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged
Cancellation conditions - winter:
- Free up to 90 days before arrival
- 40% of the total amount between 90 and 60 days before arrival
- 60% of the total amount between 60 and 30 days before arrival
- 80% from 30 days before arrival
- In case of early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged

Arrival and departure
Arrival & Departure
Check-in from 2 p.m. - Check-out until 9 a.m.
Earlier arrival by arrangement and availability.
Equipment
Bed linen, sufficient hand and shower towels and tea towels are available.
Soap, dishwashing liquid and filter bags are provided, as well as an initial supply of toilet paper and dishwashing tablets.
In the kitchen you will find a filter coffee machine (powder) and an espresso machine (whole beans). Please bring slippers.
Parking
Up to 3 parking spaces are reserved for our apartment.
